Revista Eletrônica de Comunicação, Informação e Inovação em Saúde (RECIIS)
O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar como as tecnologias educacionais têm sido utilizadas na avaliação do conhecimento, da atitude e da prática de profissionais de saúde, bem como os instrumentos empregados nesse processo. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, PubMed, Scopus e Embase. Foram encontradas 3.772 publicações, das quais 15 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Os resultados apontam que as tecnologias educacionais são utilizadas predominantemente para avaliação do conhecimento, seguidas da atitude, enquanto a prática é menos frequentemente investigada. Há evidências de heterogeneidade metodológica e predominância de avaliações de curto prazo, o que limita a compreensão dos efeitos das intervenções, destacando-se a necessidade de tecnologias educacionais de caráter pragmático, com avaliação de longo prazo e utilização de instrumentos validados, capazes de assegurar robustez e confiabilidade na mensuração.
