Composição química e atividade antifúngica in vitro de óleos essenciais de Lippia alba e Lippia turbinata

As doenças fúngicas são uma das causas mais críticas de perdas pós-colheita na produção agrícola, exigindo estratégias de controle mais seguras e sustentáveis. Este estudo avaliou a composição química e a atividade antifúngica in vitro dos óleos essenciais (OEs) de Lippia alba e Lippia turbinata contra Botrytis cinerea, Monilinia fructicola, Rhizopus stolonifer, Colletotrichum nymphaeae, Fusarium hainanense e Penicillium digitatum. O método por volatilização foi aplicado utilizando uma concentração de 1000 ppm, tendo o carbendazim como controle químico. O OE de L. alba inibiu completamente o crescimento de todos os fungos, exceto P. digitatum (47,6 ± 1,4 %), enquanto L. turbinata apresentou 100% de inibição para todas as espécies testadas, sem diferenças significativas em relação ao fungicida (p>0,05). A análise por cromatografia gasosa acoplada à espectrometria de massas revelou β-linalol (26,72%) e trans-diidrocarvona (16,29%) como principais componentes em L. alba, e (−)-carvona (58,23%) e D-limoneno (27,72%) em L. turbinata. A forte atividade inibitória e os perfis químicos distintos sugerem o potencial de ambas as espécies como fontes de biofungicidas naturais para o manejo de doenças pós-colheita.
